How to Create an FAQ Page in Shopify in Under 5 Minutes

A good FAQ page deflects support emails and builds buyer confidence. Here's how to create one — clean layout and all — in a single message.

A clear FAQ page does quiet, valuable work: it answers the questions that would otherwise become support emails, and it reassures hesitant buyers right before they purchase. Yet many stores either don't have one or have a thin, ugly version, because building a nicely formatted page in Shopify's editor is more effort than it sounds.

Why FAQ pages get neglected

Shopify's page editor handles text, but laying out a clean, scannable FAQ — collapsible sections, sensible grouping, mobile-friendly — usually means fighting the editor or paying for an app. So the FAQ either doesn't exist or stays a wall of text nobody reads.

Describe the questions, get a page

With Claude MCP Connector, you list the topics and Claude builds the page:

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship in 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–5 days.
What's your return policy?+
How do I find my size?+
Live at /pages/faq · collapsible sections, mobile-friendly.

Claude creates a properly structured FAQ with a clean accordion layout, publishes it, and gives you the URL — ready to link from your nav or footer. Adding or rewording questions later is just another message.

Why a good FAQ pays off

Every question your FAQ answers is a support email you don't get and a moment of buyer doubt you remove. Because building and updating one is now a five-minute task, there's no reason to leave common questions unanswered on your store.
