This Privacy Policy explains how Lipler Sp. z o.o. ("Lipler", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with the website storemcpconnector.com and the Claude MCP Connector Shopify application (together, the "Service"). We are committed to handling your data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller

2. What we collect and why
Early-access / waitlist
If you submit your email address through our early-access form, we collect that email address. We use it to notify you when the product launches and to send related product updates. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
When you use the app
When you install and use Claude MCP Connector, the app connects to your Shopify store using Shopify's secure OAuth authorization. To carry out the actions you request through Claude, the app accesses store data such as products, orders, customers, inventory, and analytics. This data is processed in real time to fulfil your instructions and is not stored on our servers — Claude reads directly from your live store. Legal basis: performance of a contract (providing the Service you requested).
Technical data
Our hosting provider may process limited technical information (such as IP address and request logs) for security and to operate the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure service.
3. AI processing
The Service works together with Claude, an AI assistant provided by Anthropic. When you issue a request, your instructions and the relevant store data are sent to Anthropic to generate a response. Anthropic processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not affiliated with Anthropic.
4. Service providers (sub-processors)
We rely on the following third parties to operate the Service: Shopify (store platform and billing), Anthropic (AI processing), Formspree (early-access form and email delivery), and Vercel (website hosting). Each processes data only as needed to provide its part of the Service.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Data retention
We keep your waitlist email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose collected. Store data accessed through the app is not retained by us after your request is completed.
7. Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email support@lipler.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO).
8. Cookies
The website uses only essential cookies required for it to function. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
9. Children
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to inform you.
