These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website storemcpconnector.com and the Claude MCP Connector Shopify application (together, the "Service"), operated by Lipler Sp. z o.o. ("Lipler", "we", "us"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Claude MCP Connector is a Shopify app that connects your store to the Claude AI assistant via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing you to manage your store — products, orders, customers, inventory, discounts, content, and analytics — through natural-language requests.
2. Eligibility and accounts
To use the Service you must operate a Shopify store and have the authority to connect it, and you need access to Claude. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your store and connector credentials.
3. Installation and access
You install the app through the Shopify App Store and authorize it via Shopify OAuth. You can revoke the app's access at any time from your Shopify admin. You receive a unique, private MCP URL — keep it confidential, as it provides access to your store.
4. Your responsibilities
The connector performs actions on your store based on the instructions you give through Claude — including changes such as updating prices, editing or deleting products, issuing refunds, and creating discounts. You are responsible for the instructions you provide and the resulting actions. We strongly recommend reviewing changes, especially bulk or irreversible operations. AI assistants can make mistakes, so verify important actions.
5. Plans and billing
The Service offers a Free plan (a limited number of requests to try the tool) and a Pro plan at USD 10 per month with unlimited requests and all available tools. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Shopify Billing and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin; cancellation stops future charges. Billing is handled by Shopify under its own terms.
6. Third-party services and non-affiliation
The Service works together with third-party platforms that have their own terms and policies: Shopify and Claude / Anthropic. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective agreements. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. Claude MCP Connector and Lipler Sp. z o.o. are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic or Shopify. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to abuse or disrupt the Service or its providers, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service. You must comply with Shopify's and Anthropic's policies when using the Service.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, website, and content (excluding third-party trademarks and your store data), is owned by Lipler Sp. z o.o. and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated actions will always be accurate. You use the Service at your own risk and remain responsible for changes made to your store.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lipler Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
