How to Find All Shopify Orders Without Tracking Numbers

An order marked shipped but with no tracking leaves the customer in the dark. Here's how to catch every one of them in a single message.

A fulfilled order with no tracking number is a small thing that causes a lot of "where's my order?" emails. The customer got the "it's shipped" notification but has nothing to follow, so they wait, worry, and then message you. These orders are easy to create accidentally — and almost impossible to spot in Shopify's standard views.

Why they hide

Shopify shows fulfillment status, but it doesn't surface "fulfilled but no tracking" as a filter you can check at a glance. So orders that shipped without a tracking number — maybe fulfilled manually, maybe a slip during a busy day — blend in with everything else.

Surface them in one question

With Claude MCP Connector, you ask directly and get the list:

Fix fast: These customers can't track their parcels — add tracking and they'll get the email automatically.

Claude finds every fulfilled order missing tracking, and you can add the numbers right there — which automatically sends each customer the tracking email they were waiting for.

Why it's worth a daily glance

Tracking is one of the cheapest forms of customer reassurance there is. Catching the orders that slipped through without it — before the customer notices — turns a potential support ticket and a moment of doubt into a smooth, trackable delivery.
